Poachers Relish with Whisky 500g. A blend of Oranges and Onions in a lightly spiced white wine vinegar, with Sultana's and mustard seeds, rounded with the addition of a dram of Scottish Whisky.

Ploughmans Pickle with Real Ale. A fantastic product. If you do not like anything but the normal one ( can I say Branston ?) then you need to try this. A sweet mixture of vegetable and fruit, slightly spiced with a wonderful balance of flavours and a subtle strength from the Real Ale.

Cranberry Relish with Red Wine. My favorite ! Cranberries are good for you, and so is this relish, made with over 50% cranberries this wonderful relish is suitable for enjoying hot or cold, with anything and at anytime. This really is just too good for keeping till Christmas, try it warmed with Roast Chicken, or as a dip with Corn Chips.
