The company's beginnings were small. Starting with superb, carefully prepared products started from a farm shop in Devon, demand for its products grew and today Dartington Foods is one of the leaders in luxury, gourmet and gift food. Attitudes to food have changed enormously in recent years. Travel, television programmes, cookery writers and magazines devoted to gastronomy haved up the food experience, making it exciting and imaginative.
Dartington Foods has been producing a range of specialist gift and gourmet food products in its Devon plant for over 20 years. Specialising in own label development and making and finishing each product by hand, we hope, our products are the finest available in the sector. Since 1992 we have been specialising in the oak smoking of pink Salmon and preparing gourmet Canapés from our purpose built facility in Somerset. We are one of the finest quality producers of handmade Clotted Cream Fudge. Each product is made by hand by our team of over 30 Chefs, in small batches, each one tasted and checked for quality.
